Easy Returns on Every Order

Changed your mind? No problem. Any brand-new item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We offer easy returns on all domestic and international orders placed on posybags.com. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available within 30 days, if you would like to change to size or different color bag.

Start Your Return

To begin, locate your order number — the quickest way is to search your email inbox. Once you have it, simply email our team at support@posybags.com and we'll take it from there.

A few things to remember:

• Only items in new, unused condition are eligible for return.
• Please provide an appropriate reason for your return so we can process it correctly.
• Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
• Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
